Hatha, Restorative and Yin Yoga
Connect mind, body, and breath in this class that combines three styles of yoga that are deeply restoring. We’ll combine meditation, breathing exercises and movement, with an emphasis on breath and awareness.
Yin yoga is the yoga for the joints. It helps improve flexibility, strengthen and lubricate joints.
Restorative yoga is the yoga for the nervous system. We learn to slow down and switch from “doing” to “being”, while we open the body with fully supported, passive stretches.
