These are the most important things for humanity: to create Ki that produces the future, what you want to realize or see happen, and knead this Ki continually.
An enlightenment body sensation is the feeling that you have unified with Something Great (you can call this God, Buddha, the Great Spirit of the Universe, or the One).
“Enlightenment” is described in many ways, but in spiritual training, it was traditionally the purpose and goal of a practice: to achieve a state of enlightenment. At Tao Sangha, you can experience enlightenment as a body sensation instantly through Ki practice.
You can experience four kinds of enlightenment body sensations: peace, freedom, happiness, and joy. Each body sensation is unique, rich, and deep. Also, these feelings are explained in the Bible as “the only child.” And that feeling is the experiencing of Love from God as his only child, as your own personal sensation within you, like peace, freedom, happiness, and joy.
Also, there is a Buddhist sutra that uses the phrase “One child.” This is meant to explain the same body sensation, that of unification with Something Great and feeling the Love of God.
When you have these body sensations, you are filled with love, joy, confidence, and faith. You don’t have to compare yourself with others and you don’t have to rely on others to give you self-affirmation. Another way to say this is that you experience oneness with God — not in an arrogant way, but there is a sincere feeling of togetherness.
So:
- Live in the Future,
- Live for Others, and
- Live with Enlightenment Body Sensations.
These are the most important things for humanity: to create Ki and knead this Ki continually.
This is the beginning point of Tao Sangha’s practice. Based on these body sensations of enlightenment, the practice is to share this with others, and to eventually become a Bodhisattva. Actually, moreover, a Bodhisattva is one who creates others as Bodhisattvas by sharing the body sensation of enlightenment with them so that they can live with these feelings all the time and also let others become Bodhisattvas.
This is the way (Tao) of living: to wish for everyone to live free from fear, to leave attachments from the past behind and turn Karma to the light, and to have true self-affirmation within yourself and have a happy, joyful life.
