Qu’est-ce que la puissance du Ki?<\/h3>\n

Exp\u00e9rimentez la puissance de l’\u00e9nergie vitale universelle et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 nous aider \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une vie plus heureuse et abondante pour nous-m\u00eames et pour les autres. En faisant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience directe de la profondeur du coeur et du myst\u00e8re du Ki, nous apprendrons comment:<\/p>\n

\u2022 R\u00e9veiller la puissance du c\u0153ur
\n\u2022 Cr\u00e9er un futur lumineux pour nous-m\u00eames et pour les autres
\n\u2022 Approfondir la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 de notre C\u0153ur<\/p>\n

Aucun pr\u00e9requis. Cet atelier sera une pratique \u00e0 caract\u00e8re participatif et le pr\u00e9requis pour s\u2019inscrire au <\/span>programme de formation en Tao Shiatsu (Shuren)<\/a> qui d\u00e9butera la fin de semaine du 28-29 septembre 2024 au Centre Tao Shiatsu \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al<\/a>. Ce qu\u2019on va faire:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u2022 le yoga des m\u00e9ridiens
\n\u2022 des exercices m\u00e9ditatifs guid\u00e9s pour nous sensibilis\u00e9s au Ki (l\u2019\u00e9nergie vitale universelle)
\n\u2022 comment ‘trouver’ les tsubos (points de pression li\u00e9s aux m\u00e9ridiens du corps)
\n\u2022 utiliser les chants bouddhistes afin de nous gu\u00e9rir et gu\u00e9rir les autres
\n\u2022 les bases de la th\u00e9rapie Tao Shiatsu et sa puissance de gu\u00e9rison<\/p>\n
