In North America, Tao Sangha members give volunteer shiatsu to those in need, such as at the annual Street Kids Festival in Montreal. At the annual Bloor Street festival in Toronto, you’ll find the Charity Shiatsu booth, where people are receiving short shiatsu treatments for a donation to support Global Uni Community’s international and local aid projects.
In Madison, WI the annual Children’s Day festival in May combines the fundraising of Charity Shiatsu with the fun-raising of making traditional Japanese fish kites.
