J

Jaki

Jaki is toxic ki that is the root cause of disease because it burdens the meridians and creates “kyo” (empty) symptoms and conditions.

K

Keiraku-ho

Exercises to stretch the meridians.

Ki

Life force, essentially life itself. It includes heart, body, and the whole universe.

Ki Body

The sphere (radius of approximately 2 meters) surrounding the physical body through which meridians flow.

Ki Doin

Exercises to strengthen and heal the ki body as well as deepen the practitioners’ understanding of ki. There are seven renki and seven Aiki exercises.

Ki Method and 56 Tao Sangha Philosophies

One of the 56 philosophies of Tao Sangha will be introduced in each class and will lead the study and practice of the elements of Tao Shiatsu. The location and treatment of meridians and tsubo are practiced with this Ki Method. Faithfully following the Ki Method and increasing Tao Heart allows everyone to receive the capacity to locate meridians and tsubo points precisely.

Ki Unification

To unify both ki bodies of ‘the giver and receiver’. Tao Shiatsu is based on ki unification, deeply wishing for the well being of others with empathy and compassion.

M

With this heart, the ki strength is the greatest. It can be sent to sick people even at a distance. Or we can place our hand directly on another person and send ki with breathing.

Q

R

Renki

Exercises to nurture and develop ki.

S

Spiritual Symbol

By imagining a traditional spiritual symbol such as Jesus, Buddha or Mohammed as examples, your Ki Breathing Meditation can be so much more powerful. All the spiritual masters were unified with the source of all existence. Healing Ki comes from this source. The real essence of the universe is not to be found in Quantum theory or through telescopes, but in the Heart of the Absolute. Nature is a small part of the whole universe, which can further be described as a part of the Universal Spirit, or the One. At the center of the Universal Spirit lies the Absolute Heart – the source of all existence.

Super Vessels

Super Vessels are recently discovered special meridians are utilized to protect the receiver from harmful pressure to kyo areas and the giver from energy depletion from treatment.

Super Vessel Specific Tsubo (SST) are special tsubo that exist on the super vessels and are used to treat jaki, (a negative condition of energy), and produce an echo when pressed, signalling the release of jaki.

T
